Conference registration includes access to all sessions, keynotes, activities, exhibitions and extra-curricular events including the gala dinner and ceilidh on Wednesday 14th September. Registration also includes morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch. Accommodation will need to be booked separately. We have discounted accommodation available within walking distance of the conference venue.
Payment of registration fees
Presenter Registration Deadline 10th June
Full payment must be made by debit or credit card.
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by email on receipt of your registration form. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.
Conference bursaries are available for early career researchers and scholars from low and middle-income countries to attend 糖心传媒/UKFIET conferences. Further information about conference bursaries will be made available shortly.
Gala dinner & Ceilidh
Fees for 糖心传媒 social events (incl. Gala dinner and Ceilidh) are included in the full registration package.

Attendees requiring a visa to attend the conference
糖心传媒 is happy to provide a formal invitation letter to registered delegates in order to support their visa application. To ensure we can provide the letter most efficiently, and to ensure the application has the most chance of success, please send an email to ku.ca.eciab@reciffotroppus with the following information:

鈥� The title of your presentation and whether it is a full paper / symposium / creative session / poster
鈥� Proof of registration
鈥� Proof of accommodation in Edinburgh for the duration of the conference
