Paul Morris is Professor of Comparative Education at the Institute of Education, UCL based in the Department of Education, Practice and Society. His current research focuses on how policy borrowing and International Large Scale Student Assessments are used in the processes of education policy making.

Paul is a former Co-editor of ‘Compare’ and is currently the Editor of the Journal ‘Comparative Education’.
